1Who we are
Olodo Uni (“Olodo University”, “we”) is a programme operated by The Creators College Limited, RC 7090435, a private company limited by shares registered in Nigeria. Contact us at hello@olodouniversity.com.
2What we are not
Olodo Uni is a commercial training programme. It is not accredited by the National Universities Commission, is not a degree-awarding institution, and is not a substitute for formal education. We award a certificate of completion only. Anyone representing us otherwise is not authorised to do so.
3Eligibility
You must be 18 or older on the day classes begin. We do not knowingly enrol, film or collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover a participant is under 18, we will cancel the enrolment and refund in full.
You may join from any country. Classes run on West Africa Time; recordings are published within 24 hours.
4What you are buying
Access to a four-week online creator programme, its recorded materials, the participant community, and — for the Creator Programme and Accelerator tiers — eligibility to be scored for selection into Olodo House.
Paying does not guarantee selection into Olodo House. Twenty places exist. Most participants will not receive one. No tier, and no amount paid, improves any selection score.
We make no promise of income, audience growth, fame, platform monetisation eligibility, brand deals, or account recovery. Four weeks will not make you eligible for platform payouts, and we tell you so plainly.
5Price
Prices are shown at checkout in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and charged in NGN. If you pay with a card issued outside Nigeria, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee — that is between you and your bank.
The founding price applies to a stated number of seats. When those seats are gone the price rises to the standard price, and the number remaining is shown live on the registration page.
6Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you open the course materials, or before classes begin on 1 October 2026 — whichever comes first. Email hello@olodouniversity.com. We process refunds to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Once you open the course materials, the right to cancel ends, because the service has then been delivered. You confirm you understand and accept this when you register. Joining the Telegram group or WhatsApp channel alone does not end your refund right — only opening the materials does.
If we postpone or cancel the cohort — including because the minimum viable number of enrolments is not reached — every registration is refunded in full and the decision is announced publicly.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, or, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory cancellation rights.
7Your account and your content
Your personal social media accounts, followers, content and platform earnings remain entirely yours. We never take ownership of, or access to, them.
We will never ask you for a password, a one-time code, or admin access to any account. Anyone who does is not us — refuse and report it.
Work you submit for assessment stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to view, store and assess it, and to feature it in programme materials with your separate consent.
8Olodo House
Selection is by published scoring. Audience voting, where used, is capped at 10% of the total. Participants selected for Olodo House sign a separate participant agreement covering filming, likeness, content ownership, sponsor obligations, allowances and welfare, with time to take independent advice before signing.
Prize pools and equipment are subject to confirmed sponsorship, published in full before the house intake, and never reduced after publication.
9Conduct
We may suspend or remove anyone who harasses others, publishes hate speech, shares community materials outside the programme, manipulates votes or analytics, or misrepresents the programme. Serious cases may be removed without refund.
10Liability
We provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
12Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting people already enrolled will be notified by email, and will not apply retrospectively to a cohort already under way.
